About Snake & Mouse
Snake & Mouse is a snake escape puzzle for players aged 3 and older, including preschool children and adults. Three guided practices introduce tapping and clear exits. Classic puzzles offer larger boards and more challenge.

This policy covers Android package com.snakeandmouse.game and this support website. The game has no player account, birth-date entry, age profile, chat or cloud-save login. Availability of online features depends on the app build, country and service connection.
Progress on your device
Local storage holds your Classic levels and best times, an unfinished puzzle, hearts and hints, completed practice, sound, haptic and theme preferences. The game does not upload progress to an account or cloud-save service.
Settings > Reset progress clears puzzle progress while retaining preferences and completed-practice status. Android’s Clear storage or uninstall controls can remove local data. Resetting or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or erase provider records. Android app-data backup is disabled.
The game does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access or send custom remote gameplay analytics. Advertising services have their own processing described below.
Children and banner advertising
Guided practice shows no ads or purchase prompts. Banners may appear in Classic play and other app screens. All players receive child-directed, G-filtered, non-personalized Google AdMob treatment; the game does not ask for an age. Rewarded, interstitial and app-open ads are not offered. No mediation networks are enabled.
Google’s advertising service can process IP addresses (which may indicate general location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics and device, app or applicable account identifiers, including app set IDs, for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Child-directed treatment prevents transmission of the Android advertising identifier. The Android integration also removes advertising-ID and AdServices permissions. See Google’s SDK data disclosure and Google’s privacy policy.
Google’s User Messaging Platform receives an under-age setting before ads are requested. It does not ask players for consent in this child-directed configuration; a separate in-app consent form is not offered. Core puzzles remain playable when ads are unavailable. Verified Premium and an active authorized review role suppress app ads.
Optional purchases and verification
Where Premium is available, Google Play handles checkout, payment details and the localized monthly price shown before confirmation. A parent or guardian should handle purchases for younger players. The app does not receive payment-card numbers. All core puzzles remain available without a subscription.
To verify paid access, the app sends the Google Play purchase token, platform, package/product identifiers and a fresh random request reference over HTTPS to the operator’s service. The service checks the matching subscription with Google and acknowledges an eligible purchase before granting access. Subscription status and expiry return to the app.
The service does not keep purchase tokens or full purchase records in its database, and application code does not log credentials or purchase proofs. Verification material and entitlement state stay in app-session memory rather than the editable progress file. Google maintains its own store records; hosting records have separate retention.
Resetting or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play’s subscription controls to manage an existing one.
Temporary review access
Authorized reviewers can enter an operator-supplied credential in Settings > Review access. It is sent with Android/package identity and a fresh request reference over HTTPS to a separate operator endpoint. The service checks it against a protected credential digest.
A valid response grants a distinct review role for up to 15 minutes, providing temporary Premium features without a purchase or subscription change. The field clears on submission. The credential is not saved to player progress or application logs; the role ends at expiry, logout or app closure. The operator can rotate the reusable credential to prevent later activations.
Service records, retention and requests
The public website uses Cloudflare Pages. The Android purchase-verification and temporary review-access services use Sites hosting, including Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. To prevent replay and limit abuse, the application database keeps hashes of random request references, expiry times and aggregate request counts. It does not keep player profiles or a purchase-history database.
A request reference becomes eligible for cleanup after 600 seconds (10 minutes). Cleanup happens during later security checks or maintenance. Records can remain longer while the service is idle; expiry is not a promise of deletion at that exact moment.
Hosting providers receive connection/request metadata that can include IP address, request time and browser/device information. Operational logs and backups can outlast the application security window. A fixed maximum retention period for provider records and support email has not been confirmed.
To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you supplied, email rcrthathireddy@gmail.com. Describe the relevant interaction without sending credentials, card details or purchase tokens. Additional information may be needed to locate a record. Provider-managed records may require a request to that provider. There is no game account to delete; local progress can be cleared on the device.
Website, support and changes
This website provides information about Snake & Mouse, links to Google Play, and privacy and support pages. Android installation is currently limited to approved closed testers.
These pages use bundled artwork and fonts without embedded website analytics, tracking scripts, external font requests or a contact form. The in-app Privacy, Terms, Support and license pages are bundled and can be read offline. Hosting/network processing still occurs. Selected external links open other providers’ services.
Email support sends Innovex Labs your address, message and chosen attachments through its email provider to handle the request. Avoid unnecessary information about a child. Support email and provider records have separate retention from game progress.
This policy is updated when features or data practices change. Its update date appears above.
